With over 14 years of custom homebuilding experience, Kyle Lindsey is the President and CEO of Kyle Lindsey Custom Homes L.L.C. In addition to winning three coveted Summit Awards, Kyle is on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Builders Association. He also is affiliated with the Texas Association of Builders as well as the National Association of Home Builders. Kyle Lindsey Custom Homes President and CEO Kyle Lindsey built his business on two key principles: provide the personal attention that can’t be duplicated by larger builders and offer the customer a full disclosure of every dollar spent on their home.

When they choose Kyle Lindsey Custom Homes, they get Kyle Lindsey,” Kyle explains. This one-on-one contact with the client establishes a strong relationship right from the start.

Kyle Lindsey Custom Homes also prides itself on working with subcontractors for true bids to ensure an accurate budget for the client. Kyle remains closely involved with his cohesive team of subcontractors throughout each detail of the building process. This process guarantees a winning combination between the client and builder and ensures a beautifully constructed custom home that meets or exceeds the client’s expectations.

Kyle and his family live in Summerglen. Kyle graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business. He is currently working on a graduate master builder designation established by the National Association of Home Builders. This is the highest designation a builder can receive. After many years in the production home building industry and as a construction manager in the custom home market, Kyle was awarded three coveted Summit Awards.

Kyle resides on the Board of Directors for the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. He is also affiliated with the Texas Association of Builders as well as the National Association of Home Builders.

Since his company started to shape the San Antonio and Texas Hill Country horizon, Kyle has built in some of the area’s finest neighborhoods including The Dominion, Cordillera Ranch, Sendero Ranch and Summerglen. Kyle currently builds 8 to 10 custom homes each year.
